DISCLAIMER: We are no longer accepting General Applications. Please only fill out the below Adoption Application if you have seen and are interested in an available dog, posted on “Our Adoptables” webpage or on Instagram.

We cannot stress enough how important it is to read the post about the pup you are interested in. Directions on how to adopt will be in that post as well as any information we know about the pup. Please understand that SPR receives an average of 20+ applications for each dog. We are all volunteers with full-time jobs, families and other responsibilities. Only selected applicants will move on to the interview stage of the adoption process. We work hard to find the best match for the dog so it's not first come first served as we always put our animals and their needs first.

SPR thanks you in advance for remaining courteous & respesctful throughout the process to everyone involved as it can be very overwhelming at times to all involved.
