FLIGHT ANGEL
Flight volunteers are essential to Sea Paws Rescue and help us bring pups in from all over the globe. As a flight angel, you act as an escort for a rescue pup from one airport to the other. It's a lot easier than it may seem, and SPR is here for you every step of the way! A volunteer from each rescue will be on both ends to make the transport as seamless as possible. All pups costs are covered by us, and all pups will be traveling with their paperwork and will be up to date with necessary shots. All we ask is that you don't get too attached (we know it's hard) and hand over the pup to the SPR volunteer once you land!
If you are traveling to any of these locations or somewhere else where you might even have a connection to an animal rescue and/or volunteers in the area, please let us know! We'd love to have a pup join you on your flight back to Canada so it can become a #SPRfurever pup and find their loving home!
The most common airlines we work with are; Air Canada, AirTransat, American Airlines, WestJet, InterJet, Egypt Air and Lufthansa but if you are flying internationally and are using a smaller airline, reach out regardless and we'll see what we can find.
