Meet Beautiful Callie! Callie was surrendered to us by her owner. She is a very smart girl who is just getting used to the crazy city. Callie needs an owner who can show her support as she gets introduced to new sounds, people and places. After sometime with her amazing SPR foster she is great on leash and is fully crate trained. Callie will do best in a home with older children (15 years) or a house that provides her structure and stimulates her Cattle dog nature. In the home she is quiet and friendly but will bark at noises or people entering the home. Callie needs a patient owner that will help this cattle dog thrive in this big city world! She loves her kongs and puzzles, is super food motivated and love car rides.

Emmylou is from the Cayman Islands and came to us back in March. She is quiet and reserved but she is very affectionate once you gain her trust! On a leash she is eager to smell and explore as much as she can but since being in her foster home has learned basic leash skills. She has been exposed to children and smaller animals and would do best in a home with older kids (14+) and no cats. She does however love to feel a part of the family and would love an active family or someone who has some outdoor space or who enjoys spending time outside! EmmyLou does take some time to warm up to strangers so proper introductions will be needed. From her past life on the streets she is reactive around loud noises and sudden movements. She is dog tested and would do well in a home with another dog who can show her the ropes! This island girl is also HW positive and her first 6 months of treatment will be fully covered by SPR as well as her spay. Who will be this sweet girl's SPR furever home?!

Meet our resident fluffer Olaf from Austin Texas. Dogs and people are his favourite things. Sometimes he comes on a little too strong for other dogs when he first meets them - but he is just a big kid who loves to play, and sometimes forgets his size ( big oaf ). He reads the room. This guy is intuitive, he is always up for pets and cuddles, but he gives you space when you need it.

Olaf has so much love energy. He gives it all to you. He is amazing on a leash and is very obedient. He probably isn't the type of dog that will go on long hikes or runs with you - but maybe that's because he loves to eat!

His perfect home would be a family with older kids and a house that is kept cool - he gets hot very easily with his thick coat. He likes the shade and prefers to stay away from the hot sun. He would probably love the winter. He will need to be brushed a ton as Huskies usually do to keep their coat clean and shiny! Overall an incredible dog if he meets your lifestyle (medium activity, preference for cooler spaces).

Bailey is an energetic, clever puppy with a lot of personality. She is crate trained and potty trained, and lets you know when she needs to go to the bathroom! She is learning to walk on a leash and is pretty good, some tugging when she smells something interesting but otherwise very good. She loves belly rubs and snacks, and loves to be outdoors! She has a lot of energy so its important that her forever home is able to walk and run her multiple times a day. She loves being around people but doesnt need to be cuddled, just knowing you are there in the same room is enough for her. She loves to meet new people and always wants to give them kisses to say hello! She will need a cat free home as she does show prey drive and a home that will give her an active life style.
